The Heart to Heart Hospice Foundation was a proudĀ supporter of the Alzheimer’s Pro-Am golf tournament this year for the 5th year.
The Alzheimer’s Pro Am Golf Tournament celebrated its 35th anniversary, raising over $500,000 this year. It was founded in honor of Lee Jarmon, a popular Dallas area business and family man who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in the 1980s and ultimately succumbed to it in 1997.
This tournament has provided grant funding to several non-profit organizations, all with a dedication to providing support and assistance to persons affected by Alzheimer’s disease, including to their families and caregivers.
